This Starbucks really needs to work on their customer service. We ordered 5 drinks, 2 of them custom. The girl taking our order (we think her name was Sara) seemed overwhelmed and rushed us after almost every sentence. She even told us to pull up before we were done ordering, and we had to stop her to finish. Then she swapped with another employee after her own mistake, clearly not wanting to deal with us anymore.
One of the drinks was supposed to be double matcha but tasted like watered-down milk with a little powder thrown in. When I said “double matcha,” she mockingly asked if I wanted a second drink instead of understanding that double matcha means 2x more powder. Never had any trouble with Starbucks employees understanding what that means. We also asked for light ice and got drinks filled halfway with ice anyway.
Not what $40 worth of drinks should get you. Lower your prices or fire people who don’t know how to do their job. Really disappointing...

The toilet seat was caked in urine (some “fresh” some ripened), dried urine was all over the side of the toilet and around the base. I could avoid touching this disgusting mess but shudder to think if I had brought my daughter here. Moving to the sink a large splatter of mucus or phlegm stared me in the face while I tried to hold my breath and get the heck out of there. Makes you wonder how clean ANYTHING is at this location if this this the mess they allow in the bathroom. Hey Starbucks.. newsflash! MEN PEE ON THE SEAT. Read moreThis is the 3rd time I try their drive thru. Out of the all the Starbucks in an 8 mile radius, this one is my least favorite. I understand lunch rush can be hectic but not only does it take so long, my order has been wrong all 3 times. So I end up being late for work and with an unsatisfying drink. Today I decided to go early when there wasn't so much of a rush. Even then, the person had me repeat my order 3 times: Grande Pink Drink with easy ice and extra scoop of strawberries. I confirmed they had it right the 3rd time when verbally confirmed. then when I get handed my drink I realize she punched in extra Strawberry Base. That wasn't pulled on the screen before I drove up to the window. I would not have drove up to the window if I had seen that. Friendly staff, don't get me wrong, but being friendly does not make up for their lack of effeciency...
