Take your money and go somewhere else. This course is in awful shape. The teeboxes are dirt patches, the "fairways" have more brown than green, and the rough is just as bad. Instead of investing in the drone remote mowers, you should have invested in the irrigation system. Aside from the girls that work inside, they're great, the course is run by bitter staff. On top of this, they have a poor selection of food in the shop. No Hotdogs, and they want $2 for a small bag of pretzels. Give me a break. I'm attaching photos to give examples. Every hole is like this. I have a filled-out stamp card, for a "free" (discounted) round, and I'm not coming back to use it. I'd rather spend $50 at a decent course.

In the spring it’s a great public course, but once summer comes the rough and fairways dry out which can lead to brutal lies and unfair bounces. The greens tend to remain in decent shape.

I love this place. Beautiful and wide open the staff is friendly with good food and a nice choice of beer. If you look at my photo you will see we found Waldo.

Unprofessional and unkept. I have golfed here for 15 years, mainly because its close by home and there are usually plenty of open tee times. The course is typically not in the best shape, but it is fine for a day of practice or casual golfers. Unfortunately, I will not be going back here again. 2 in my group had one of their robot mowers start repeatedly running into the passenger side of the cart while they were out of it and lining up their next hit. Unable to move the cart now, and with the blades still spinning next to their feet, they hit the large STOP button and looked for groundskeepers to let them know what was happening. The groundskeeper came over and started immediately berating and belittling them for touching the mower. They calmly explained the situation and the groundskeeper started mocking them for touching the machine and then told them to leave for hitting the STOP (with no other option as the mower was basically under the cart with blades still moving), while driving away giving them the finger and yelling "buh-bye, buh-bye". My friend who was with that cart went to the owner to de-escalate the situation, apologized for the misunderstanding and let him know what had transpired. The owner didn't want to hear the story and just spoke disrespectfully and mockingly to him as if he was a child and told them to leave. Not seeing what had happened, they said that the robots "just don't do that" and they have cameras on the course. I asked them to please not take our word for it and please review the camera footage, and we would not be back regardless due to the blatant mocking and disrespect to their patrons in a dangerous and unintended situation. I have never seen this kind of crazy, trashy attitude in my 15 years of going there before, not sure if something is going on with them (the kitchen also could not serve hot food or tab water as they had to stop due to something with inspection and water contamination as they had posted).

There are a handful of courses in better shape and for the same price near the area; Bird's Foot, Saxon, River Forest, Pheasant Ridge. I would definitely recommend to choose one of these instead, really regardless of the altercation we had and just for better course quality. Very sad but at least plenty of...

Unfortunately, I will never be returning to this course. Aside from the poor upkeep, barren tee boxes, and lackluster layout, this place is outright dangerous. And the staff and owners are some of the rudest, trashy people I've ever encountered.

While golfing there a few weeks ago, and standing in the middle of the fairway, one of their self-driving robotic lawn mowers turned 90 degrees directly towards my partner and I. We thought the self-driving mower would turn before running into us...we were wrong. The machine drove right over our ball and slammed directly into the side of our golf cart. The machine continued to back up and repeatedly run into the side of the cart. Flabbergasted by this, we panicked and hit the large "stop" button on the top of the mower, as the blades we spinning right next to our feet. A few minutes later a few grounds keepers came streaking towards us in golf carts. At first we were extremely relieved to see them, figuring they were there to help... we were wrong again... Immediately the grounds keeper started screaming at us for touching the "expensive" machine. We explained the situation and instead of being apologetic he continued to berate us. We were in complete shock. After the exchange the grounds keeper told us to leave and while driving away gave us the finger. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life. After this exchange I found the owner of the course to talk and to explain the situation, again thinking I would be met with an apology and some common sense.... wrong yet again... The owner was rude and immediately blamed us for the situation and asked us to leave.

I have been golfing at this course for 10 years. Sadly, due to the insane mistreatment, disrespect, and downright negligence of the the staff and owners, I will never...

Course is a wonderful family owned golf course that offers golf, an indoor simulator for winter, and a great Pavillion for party's. We had our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding on the covered patio which was great.

The indoor simulator in the winter is also great to get swings in and in a private setting. We try to have a work night there once a year because their is enough room to hang out with couches and a TV. Great for a larger group or me an a couple buddies.

The greens are almost always in excellent shape even through the droughts we've had especially in the sarver area the last few years the greens were always well kept! Unfortunately the fairways have seen some abuse because of the extremely wet springs and droughts in the summer, but they are still well kept, mowed, and challenging because they are tight!

While the course isn't the most challenging in western PA it offers everything a golf course has to offer trees, water, greenside bunkers and a few fairway bunkers. They are using the self propelled mowers which are cool to see! And keep the fairways at a consistent length.

I had a chance to talk to the owner the other day and he said they were working on getting new carts which is a great upgrade, but the motorcycle carts are pretty cool. He also said they got their water fixed finally after over a year and can resume selling hotdogs and hopefully hamburgers again.

In my opinion this is a great public course for beginners or a more skilled golfer, and its a ln easy course to walk! Which makes it great for the warm winter days to pay the 5 or 10 bucks to walk the course and play...
