I brought my Husquvarna Saw in because the bolts broke loose and the muffler fell off. In our research. the guys at that Rental desk couldn't find the year the saw was made. They offered to order the original screws even though they were not a Husquvarna dealer.

Matt (at the Rental desk) didn't just give up and tell me to "find a Husqvarna Dealer", Matt assisted me. I never got the impression that it was a bother for him to assist me. He simply walked me over to the screws, found a screw that fit (that in itself was difficult) and then proceeded to help me attach the muffler on to the saw in the back of the shop.

Additionally, Matt didn't make me feel like a "weekend warrior" who had no clue about tools.

I just want to say, employees like Matt, who put the extra effort in their job, make small town businesses thrive. And after searching high and low for someone to help me out with that saw, it felt good to end the day at your local store.

I called about 2 weeks in advance to reserve a 55' towable lift. I arrived at the specified date and time to pick up the lift. The young man working the counter hem-hawed for about 15 minutes before telling me they didn't have it and said it was rented to someone else. Apparently, the previous renter extended their rental & no one confirmed if it was rented to anyone else. While he was polite and observably nervous to deliver the bad news to me, he never offered to assist me in any other way or to make it right, nor did either of the two older gentlemen he went and spoke to, who I am assuming that at least 1 was the manager.  2 days of work to do, 3 guys off to do it, 48 man hours and no lift. I emailed them and their corporate office, no response.

Top notch! In staff store is great, but specifically wanted to write about the awesome rental staff: always willing to take time to help understand my needs and figure out what's best for the job at hand. Very patient answering questions to help me schedule the right period of time for my jobs. Delivery staff is super helpful in getting us set up and answering questions. Always do a great job of picking up as well. They really treat you like a caring neighbor. Doing jobs (or watching my neighbor do them to help me out) is always stressful, but they really help make it easy to get what you need!
