Toasted Amo — Restaurant in Buffalo Township

I've been to Toasted Amo 3 times now, and each time it's been wonderful. The Capitano in particular is one of the best sandwiches i've had all year. The bread used for all the sandwiches has been perfectly crunchy and wonderful each time. Ingredients used also taste fresh and quality. Flat fries are very good! Very crispy, but never overcooked, great flavor. The coolers full of Coke in glass bottles is a nice bonus, too.

I'd highly recommend Toasted Amo over any of the fast food chains in Sarver, just on principle of it being a locally owned restaurant. The food being excellent, and the ambiance of a modern Fast Casual dining experience is something Sarver was severely lacking. Before you think about going and spending the same money at Arby's or Burger King, i'd recommend considering spending here instead.

My husband and I stopped by today for the first time. Let me state that the place was clean and nicely decorated. Everyone was friendly and we were greeted as we walked thru the door. On the flip side, we ordered the Capitano sandwich. It states on the board that the sandwich contains ribeye strips. Our sandwich consisted of a chopped up meat that really didn’t have too much flavor. To me this was false advertisement. The pepper jack cheese that goes with the sandwich was heated with a handheld blow torch to melt the cheese.

I don’t mind paying for a sandwich. Everything today is going to cost you more. I really don’t think that sandwich was worth the almost $20 we paid for it. I am sorry to say this was a one and done for us.

I was really excited to try toasted amo! a new sandwhich place in sarver where your options are fast food, or chinese sounds great! my company placed an order for a later lunch, and we even picked it up before the scheduled pickup time. Although we picked up early, the sandwhich did not meet any sort of expectations. the bread was soggy, but incredibly hard on the shell at the same time. the mozeralla spread was very chunky and tasted like plastic, and there wasn’t a slice of parm that i saw. you can see how the bread stuck to the rest of the sandwhich that’s how soggy it was! on a positive note, i will say the restaurant dining area is very nice, and clean, and the french fries were pretty good. Overall, i can’t say that myself or coworkers...
