Great place to explore nearby on bike or walking. The new depot-looking building has a great gift shop and bathrooms And there's a nice play spot outside with a climbing structure and nest and field to run around. The only thing that frustrated me was there was an event going on in the building and drivers insisted on, despite lots of children milling around, taking a shortcut and driving the wrong way through the very clearly marked one way loop so that they could park sooner... even though there was plenty of parking. They just didn't want to spend the extra 40 seconds going around the loop. So, watch your kids as people think one way signs are optional there, and/or hold your ground like I did to a stubborn BMW driver for whom I didn't move out of his way as he gestured and whined because, as a bicycle vehicle, I was facing in the correct direction of the loop and helping usher other adults and many kids on bikes as we moved in the correct direction and would have had so many witnesses had he tried to drive over me.
