Today was my first trip to Burguo's. It all started with a very friendly phone conversation regarding questions I had for 2 separate TV repairs. I was very very pleased at the amount of knowledge, and customer care given to me. I loved that I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I instantly knew that this was an honest man who had nothing, but my best interest at heart. I managed to get all the parts I needed at such an amazing price! All the parts were in stock, in store, and I received them all on the same day, but I also was done one better. The shop happily took my damaged, monster 75 inch TV, and the responsibility of recycling it for me with no added cost to me at all. I've definitely been to many places that do charge an arm, and leg for that service. Honestly in 2020 it is very very difficult to find any place that actually values the customer, and is all about helping them through a tough time. It's incredibly difficult to find people who still care, and take pride in their work as well, but you'll find nothing but the best here.The shop itself was very trendy, and is basically a museum of television so much so that it has an art to it! I would absolutely recommend Burgio's to anybody searching for any type of TV parts, repairs, or questions. I couldn't be happier with my experience today.. Again it is such a rare thing these days to be able to call up a shop, and have somebody friendly, and knowledgeable answer the phone and get you all sorted out despite needing a more rare type part, and on the same day no less. My two year old 72" TV started to falter and then failed completely. I called around to the shops recommended by the store, but found all of them sketchy at best. After chatting with my father, he recommended Burgio's. It is close to my house, and he was pleased with the price and quality of work done on my grandmother's television a few years ago.

I called and immediately was told that an in-house visit would be a waste of money since this particular TV is know for a variety of gremlins, none of which could repaired outside of the shop. After taking the TV to Burgio's I was told the problem was exactly what he expected and that it would be ready in three days. Sure enough, it was ready to go three days later.

Unfortunately, after arriving at the shop, Mr. Burgio tried to turn It on and it failed again. A little down in the mouth, I went home without my TV. A day later I received a call from Mr. Burgio informing me that the another component failed and the screen was now as good as trash; however, since he had promised to repair it he said that if I gave him a few days it would be as right as rain.

Three days later I received a call to come pick up the TV. This time it functioned perfectly (and has since). Mr. Burgio took it upon himself to cannibalize another TV he had in the back, replacing my entire 72" screen. He did all of this without charging me a dime over the initial quoted price.

Our LG 65in LED slowly stopped working, it was just out of warranty. I google searched how to fix it on my own, and instead found local TV repair places. I didn't know they still existed I read reviews on the first few, and found Burgio's had stellar reviews. I called around, he was very pleasant on the phone, gave me a time I could bring my TV in. Walked into the shop, there were TV's everywhere, sort of in disarray which most would probably think was a bad sign. My first thought was the place hadn't been organized in 30 years, which I saw as a great sign, he's been around for that long, he knows what he's doing. He took the time and explained there is a $ amount/threshold to fix a TV or not. He called me to tell me what he thought it was and he ordered a part and hoped to have it fixed the following Monday. He called me Saturday and had it fixed early, he stayed late and waited for me. TV works great again, like brand new.
