Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed with this place. We visited this particular store as an item we desired showed online as available, and was the closest location. Understood this is a warehouse-type facility, but the level of disorganization and appearance of inventory was shocking: in any given aisle, there were countless numbers of boxes of all sizes, without much indication as to their contents. We didn't find the item where it should be, nor did we find anyone on the sales floor to assist - all-in-all, we counted six employees in the entire facility (which is quite large), out of which four were at the cash register. We stood in line to request assistance from a cashier, who validated the items should be in-stock; one of the employees did a quick visual check exactly where we had just told her we had searched for the item, only to tell us she didn't find it. Given inventory said it should be available, we requested for her - or anyone else - to further check to ascertain whether the item indeed was available in a different location, to which she responded that such would require her to "walk the store" to look for the item. She then walked away, without further intention to assist.
We like what this store has to offer, and really wish we could buy from it online, but given its poor customer service, staffing levels, and dire disorganization, we will not be...
Read moreI found this store over priced & some the same items are sold at places like Marshall's, Ross, Homegoods, Burlington's, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond & even DOLLAR TREE!!!! for half the price! Now maybe some of these stores get the items that this store cant sale & that is why they are so much less expensive then At Home but maybe there is some kind of coupon or text deal you are suppose to use here to shop with like at Bed Bath & Beyond, but I didn't ask to find out about any of their coupons or how you get discounts for their store. Maybe after I find out more about how any of their deals or any coupons work that will change my review & would return to try shopping At Home again. I found this exact Item for your bath tub that I got at Burlington for 8.99 +tax & my children love it but At Home's price was $21.99+tax. The "bathroom" corner small shelf they had was smaller 3 levels & $29.99 this picture is the larger 4 tier that I also got at HomeGoods $19.99+tax just be wise with their pricing & check other stores for same or...
Read moreI love this store. It’s close to home and they carry everything you would need for the home. The downside is the customer service. Walked into the store this morning looking for help, no one around. I saw a young man near a stacked pallet at the far end of the aisle. I headed his way only to look up to see that had disappeared. When I got to the pallet I noticed he had conveniently moved to the other side so he would not be noticed while he ate whatever his had a mouthful of. So after I found what I was looking for I headed to the register to complete my purchase only to find no one available. I turn and asked a guy I assumed worked there. He turned and told me the registers were open. I returned only to notice the cashier sitting down in a chair playing with her smartphone. To add insult to injury she had the nerve to get indignant. I simply let her know that this is not the day you want to test your rude behavior. I hope this is not a usual issue because they do have nice stuff for the home. BTW it's...
