The workers here are respectful and will give reasoning behind their offers, but you’re better off listing your items online first rather than making the drive. I drove about 40 minutes there and back as where I reside is in-between two locations. I received an offer of $50 for my gaming computer (which I declined) and the worker did explain why the offer was what it was, but he basically embedded in my head that the price I wanted for the computer was going to be impossible to come by. Phenomenal experience! Brandon was extremely friendly and personable to the point I was willing to drive 45 mins to see him specifically. Brandon and his team were so kind genuine honest attentive and had great energy. The world needs more people with that kind of energy! And not only was he Exuding that energy towards me but others aswell. He educated me on the pc unit I brought in and priced me at a reasonable and understandable price! I knew about the doraville location, but was interested in checking out the Buford one. This store is a hidden little gem of some pretty cool electronics. From the moment I walked in to leaving, the customer service was amazing and friendly.

Brandon was awesome! I came in to sell an older HP laptop. The process with simple, and I got a reasonable quote. While I waited, there was a tablet dock to even check out their full inventory that wasn’t on the shelves. That was pretty neat too. I will definitely come back here to snag some cool items.
