El Taco Veloz Buford — Restaurant in Buford

Called in order for 5 chicken tacos, when I get home there were 5 steak tacos. We call and tell them what's going on and ask them to go ahead and make the chicken tacos so they would be ready when we got there. So when I go back the employees would not acknowledge me. When I do get their attention and explained what had happened the employee said I don't understand. We look at the receipt and it says 5 chicken tacos, I open up one of the steak tacos and showed her the steak. I still think she was confused. They also did not have my correct order ready when we got there. Not one person apologized or offered any some type of compensation. Chips were hard and stale. I usually love this restaurant but this one is the worst one of the three restaurants. I do not care if they are new at least stop messing up the orders. They are constantly messing up my family’s or my order not once have I received my order correct. Also the meat is rushed at times/drinks are extremely watered down usually/ the service there is more like you either get your meal or they make you wait longer than how they normally operate. If you want an actual good taco or even their drinks go to the one in Norcross or Chamblee. These reviews literally do not describe how bad this location actually is compared to the other 2. You actually get the quality of actual amazing food. The drinks else where are WAY better and actually taste how they are suppose to. I’m a first time customer I spent over $30 I got 2 carna asada tacos 2 lengua and two chicken tacos I green chili chicken tamale and menudo . The carna asada tacos were really good the chicken tacos inedible super dry the lengua tender but flavorless and my menudo omg I was so excited it had no hominy at all and still had bay leaves in it which are inedible . The tamale no meat all masa no green sauce on it . Overall I’m extremely disappointed the menudo could have been good the flavor was there some cabbage or something should of been put on the side but to not have hominy it’s my favorite part besides the consume . I want a refund or my food to be made over correctly . This was Buford location . I called they stated the manger or owner wasn’t in but she would call me I left my information we shall see.
