The store is lovely and well stocked with fabric and notions BUT IF YOU HAVE A SEWING MACHINE YOU WANT TO TAKE IN AND GET BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION AND PAY ALMOST $200 THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE IT If on the other hand you really want it to be serviced and to get fixed DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take it to Roxy's. I did NOT decline a sew out because I was not asked to perform one. A new thread did not rectify my problem not did your tech. Also she did not notice that my feed plate was bent and the bobbin was not knpting the thread. she is not qualified to repair machines and I will not bring it back under any circumstances. A refund would be nice but I know that is not going to happen. I did not talk to anyone who told me to bring it in. Roxy's Guilt & Sew shop is the best place in town! Reason being I'm at the river and my board shorts were a little bit loose due to some weight loss fortunately.

I was frantically looking for the seamstress or someone to sew, Roxy's was the first place I called on Google's maps thankfully the owner answered we already know her name :) and Roxy is a absolute blessing. She quoted me a fair fee and provided the absolute best customer service I could ever think of it's like I was in Nordstrom's or something, She had me try them on just to be sure, then she had me try them on again before she buttoned them all up, My board shorts look fantastic with two custom please....

While Roxanne was doing business in Calif. she had an amazing store, every time I walked in I was always inspired to sew something which didn't happen very much for me. Being a Judy Niemeyer Certified Instructor my quilt samples have to be just right, so when I would get stuck on where to place a color or maybe the color I had just wasn't the right shade, Roxanne could within seconds get the right fabric for my newest sample.
