The Wasteland — Local services in Bullhead City

Was looking to get into Magic with my son and wanted to possibly pick up some commander decks. I was treated kind of rudely and it was a huge turn off and quite frankly I feel like it would be easily an experience that would completely shut down others to Magic in general. It felt condescending and "gate keepy." It comes across as if b/c Bullhead has few options they have a strangle hold on the LGS market for the city and thus do not put effort in (my speculation). Just something to think about b/c from what my friends tell me, their lgs' are very open and eagerly chat with new players (to any game) and hand out.something they call starter decks even if they are curious in commander. The guys that work here and super rude & unprofessional!! They go to Walmart every week and take all the pokemon and don’t let anyone else buy them. They literally trampled me and hurt me just to get pokemon & then sell it for triple the amount you can buy it at a store for! I will never shop at there shop again. I couldn’t buy my son pokemon cards and that’s all he wanted and even when I asked the them if I could just get 1 they wouldn’t let me. Grown men shouldn’t act like that just lucky there wasn’t any kids around because they could have hurt kids. You would think if they own a shop they would have a contract with someone to get pokemon but no they wanna take it from the stores so no one else...

Had a amazing time here and the staff and people are so nice and helpful. Came here looking for Lorecana since we where interested in but sadly they didn't have any, but was able to help me and my wife get some pre-order in so we can have some cards in the future. When we showed up they had a screen showing what event they got going on for the week and had people hanging out playing dungeons and dragons.
