I walked in the door and a gentleman greeted me. However, a wonderful woman named Lauren was on her phone to my right, I said to him, thank you, but , I usually work with, it was then that Lauren spoke up and said, thank you, Jordan, but, I can help her now, thank you. He said, I thought you were busy? She said, Well, I do have someone else coming in, but, I'm used to most of her questions about the phone. Thank you. So she said, how can I help you today? So I told her I needed to pay for my phone again. She said, as soon as I saw your truck I said, yup must be that time again and we both laughed. Then I told her she had to rescue me. She said rescue you, in what way? What happened to your phone now? I told her everyone is complaining about my voicemail not being set up! But, I've tried to set it up, I just can't figure it out. So she said this is an easy fix too. So she told me how to get into it and I told her I just wanted something computerized that said hello you reached and my phone number. So she punched in a few numbers and bang! Done! She said is that it? So I asked her a few more questions and she showed me how to fix the problem. I said, yeah, it's easy when you do it, but, when I go to do it, I'm not going to remember how. I jokingly said maybe I should have you write it down that way I won't forget how to do it! Hahaha! As we were laughing she was writing. We talked for a few minutes more and I said well it doesn't look like your customer wants his new phone. She said, oh, well, he still has time to show up, you never take that much time. Patting words as I got to the door, Lauren yelled out! See you next month! I thought to myself, it's funny, but, it's true! Hahaha! I would highly recommend using this Verizon store. All the customer service reps are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a very good experience working with them. They are very curteous and knowledgeable about their phones. Lauren has worked with me on my phone with everything I needed. I thought I had totally blew my phone up, it made weird noises and the screen was black with an occasional flash of light and strange lines, Lauren said, Oh, that's not to bad. Laughed and in less time then it took me to put my phone in such distress, fixed it! I just looked and said I can't believe you fixed it! I thought about taking it out back and burying it in the backyard, hahaha! She just laughed and smiled. She says anytime when you need help, come in and see me. Believe me, I've taken her on a journey with everything I have learned that there is about a cell phone! It's nice to know you have a friend that knows everything there is to know about a cell phone. I'm lost in the land of technology and it's nice to know no matter what, someone is there to say, don't worry, it's ok....

I set up a Verizon business account the other day for my business and Christopher Atwood was my salesman. I brought my four phones over plus a hotspot from AT& T. It was a smooth transition with Christopher, although one of my phones had a little bit more work due to the fact that AT&T would not let me unlock the phone that I had for 5 years. Christopher diligently and patiently worked hard to get the final phone transferred over. What a lifesaver Christopher was because at the time it did not have the extra money to buy another phone. Christopher could have just said this phone can't be transferred over. So just buy another one, but a lifetime customer was more important to him than making the money. I guarantee from now on anytime I need any kind of phone or accessories I will buy from Christopher Atwood .In this big world of give and take.
