I'd give 5 plus if I could....Met Shaun and Gary when my low priced computer broke...yup, part of it was no longer working, less than 9 months after the purchase...You get what you pay for...truer words never came true. Gary explained the company process, how they would look into the described issue, what they could attempt to do, and even offered an alternate product of much higher quality should the "cheap" thing be too far gone to fix. I was amazed that the same day I received a call from Gary, letting me know they had successfully corrected the issue within the computer..... in fact, it was fixed, and would be better than when it left the assembly line.....poorly made product, this is a given today with so much of what we as buyers face. I learned that Shaun was the technician who solved the issues I had been dealing with, which required this repair. He again took the time to explain what he found, what he fixed, and what he reinforced. I am beyond thankful for the help from both Gary and Shaun, with a special thanks to Shaun for the fast turn around, and the knowledge that he has in dealing with inferior products...and the ability to keep them alive for a little longer....If you need to get honest professional help with your devices....you would miss some very professional help by not giving Reconnected D R a chance to help ...Thanks again...
Read moreWent to have a cracked screen replaced ($400). Gary recommended a screen protector, so I paid an additional $40 to have one put in. Five days later, the screen protector started separating from the screen. I went in to have it replaced under what I thought would be warrantied. He said the only way that would happen is if I had dropped it, which I told him I hadn't. I was on my phone in the evening, left it on my night stand charging and in the morning the screen protector was separating. He told me I still had to pay another $20. Also, the day I picked it up another rep told me I had a flimsy phone case and that he would sell me a better one. This was the first time in two years that my phone has been damaged. Read moreI visited Reconnected several times within a 2 day period. My initial visit was to get a new battery in my phone. Gary Jolliff assisted me. I opted for a trouble shoot to be done on my phone to be certain it wasn't another issue. My phone was doing a "boot loop" continually turning on and shutting off. After determining it couldn't be fixed and the age of my phone a decision was made for a new phone. I chose first to go to my carrier which starts with a T, and was met with ignorance toward product and technical terms. Needless to say I went back to Gary, and Reconnected. We discussed a particular phone and after a day of thinking about it I chose to go with Reconnected.
