Only Sonic in town & WILL NOT BE BACK! MEET Grace Lopez! This has got be the rudest and incorrect (WRONG) fast food worker out there. To start she does not know how to make a Blast. All the Blast I've bought I never questioned, complained or asked for one "just to be made over". I explained to female at window, "it taste just like ice cream without cookie. Can you add a little in or remake it?" She starts off, "No I don't think so. We can't take it back." So I told her, "It taste nothing like what they usually do. Now what?" And told her I "might not want the rest of my food ordered. Do you have a manager here?" She tells me, "yes but she's in the bathroom" .....she could've just said, 'Sorry about that, if you park over to side, my manger is busy but I will have her come out.'...... NO, that isn't what happened. I asked for the manager and then some squeaky rude girl with a really bad attitude comes to window an starts off "I made it myself there's cookie in there." then the exchange began ....
bottom line....she was just plain RUDE, does not know what she is talking about. She told me over and over they will NOT make one over, will NOT take it back and will NOT refund me!
Manager eventually showed up and was nice enough to do all the things Grace Lopey said "they will NOT do".

It's been three years since I came to this location. Today I decided hey let's try it again since It's been three years since I came to this location. I had an even worse experience this time than I did 3 years ago. I don't understand how this place is still open. Whoever is currently managing the Bullhead City Sonic does not have together. I simply wanted chicken tenders for my son. hoever the CarHop was at the time told me that they are no longer serving chicken tenders!? Instead they bring me out chicken bites which I did not order. Or did a few other things which they got wrong. Ask them to correct it. Waited over 15 minutes. Apparently the manager changed the menu without letting the staff know. It is absolutely unacceptableit's been a couple years. Had an even worse experience this time than I did 3 years ago. I don't understand how this place is still open. Read moreOkay. I’ve been in customer service for 8 years. 5 which was food service and I was a manager. I ordered a 3 piece tender with tots and a drink as a MEAL. Well Jayden I believe tells me the total is 12.88. Which I find odd it’s 9.49 on the menu. So why $3 sales tax? I ask if he charged me for a meal or each item as he’s about to charge me and hand me my food which is in his hand. I see the receipt because he says idk, and they are charging me for each item. I ask him to fix it because I wanted a meal. “Well then I have to ring it up again with another receipt” okay than do it because it’s cheaper that way. So as he goes to open the door I hear “oh my god” Then as all the employees stare at me through the window he comes back out and says he needs to remake my food to print another ticket, mind you I have a 30 minute lunch and manage my own work place that I need to get back too. I say “you have to remake my food?” In a snarky tone yes but that’s because I’m so annoyed at this point. So I said you know what no I’m not doing this and leave. I have always gone to this sonic twice a month or so and lately the service has gone down hill. Wouldn’t recommend and they employees need to realize you don’t have to remake food if you’ve made it, just print out a new ticket and clear it off your board.
