This time. Van didn’t let me down. I was helped right away as soon as I came in. As always, I am happy on how she did my nails. I am definitely coming back.

This is my new nail place & it’s my 4th time coming in because I was really satisfied with the work Van did. Buy I got disappointed when I came in today for my appointment. Van was already helping another lady & I had been waiting for almost an hour. Very uncomfortable because there is no aircondition inside the nail salon on this hot weather. I almost want to walk out. I just thought of the quality of work Van did. I really hope that they stick on appointment times. What’s the point of booking an appointment when you have to wait? It’s really frustrating. Worst waxing experience of my life. The main issue was they reused the waxing stick. Out of my entire waxing session, she changed the wax dipping stick twice.
