I read the positive reviews and decided to give them a chance, and I couldn't have been more disappointed in their service.

I asked for an itemized quote of a few different things in our house that needed repairs, and the quote they gave me wasn't itemized, and it didn't even have all the items we asked for.

It took two weeks of calling to get them to do anything, and they only gave me an itemized estimate (still missing the breakdown) after I threatened to dispute the $75 they charged up front.

The itemized estimate was all over the place and not broken down at all. For example, they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to replace a light in the kitchen. I had someone else come out and quote it and replace it for about $50 (it was 15 minutes of work).

When I told them I wasn't happy with their service, I asked for a refund. They basically told me to kick rocks because "the franchise owner doesn't do refunds"...

There are better companies in the area, just stay away from these guys. You shouldn't have to spend two weeks calling them back, being told you'll get a call back, and then never hearing back just to get a quote.

I was given an estimate and inquired about financing due to the cost. The office manager said she would look into it. She emailed me about the delay getting me the info but then didn't return my call when I didn't receive it. I was very patient and understanding with her. So I sent her an email modifying my original project since I could not afford to pay for the whole project with no financing option, and to get back with me on a few questions regarding the original estimate. When I called again to follow up on my email after getting no response, I left a message with another office worker to have her call me back.....no callback. After a month had passed since I had them out to give me the estimate, I called again only to have her tell me that they were not going to do the project because I wanted to put a band-aid on it. That was not what I communicated to them. Instead of clarifying with me what I sent them, they assumed something different. She claimed they sent me the financing information, but I did not receive anything. Poor communication and follow-up on their part! If I could give more stars, I would!!!! Raymon and Tyler were professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job! They did all of the work in a timely manner without rushing it! They were very personal in helping me choose the color of the new vanity, they made it their mission to help me find the perfect color, and vanity, and when the vanity they bought was found to have a small crack as they were installing it, they immediately returned it, and found out it was out of stock, so they had a new one ordered and shipped directly to my house with instructions to notify them as soon as it was received, (which was on a Saturday), they were there 1st thing Monday morning installing it and sealing everything up! I will and already have recommended them to friends and family! They went above and beyond after my son's toilet busted overnight and flooded half the house, everything looks amazing!! When I found a tiny leak a week later, that most likely wasn't even a cause of anything they did, Raymon came back that same day and had it fixed and had us back up and running!!
