I would give them 0 stars if I could. Products are very expensive but what led to to write this is an incredibly rude email from "Neil" telling me to "Do your own blinking research!". I simply asked for a 3D model for their product which they don't provide on their website.

I now understand why so many companies are not using these guys anymore and their low review here!

I'm leaving a review 100% based on the fact that this company doesn't not deserve 1 star reviews. I don't think there is a situation where a 3 star review is warranted.
