Awfully expensive. See latest menu and drink list. Wine is still $12! Their burger fetches $27! 6 Chicken wings , $21! Eating in Hawaii is cheaper! Better places with excellent food at a cheaper fare all around here! Walked in and could smell a disaster waiting to happen. Bartender and server couldn't answer questions. Have a wine list? How much is a scotch on the rocks? How much for a beer? When I heard a HOUSE GLASS OF WINE was $12 ( the only answer given), we got up and left. Couldn't even tell us the brand!
No offense, but this is the Embassy Suites, it ain't the Hilton down the street. Also, I have traveled all over the world and USA, staying at all types of Hiltons! A $12 glass of House Wine...here? Sorry, but you have all sorts of competition, and your reviews are not the best.So we ran right out of there. Glad we did because it was Happy Hours in Burlingame! Full glasses of wine at 1/2 price! We had a tremendously great dinner, elsewhere; and, we had wine and beer at realistic prices!

Finally we found our waitress and ordered the chicken wings and pasta We were very dissappointed when we took our first taste. The food was overcooked and bland.
Also, there were no napkins and no staff to ask for napkins except for the useless bartender. So we had to grab cloth napkins from other tables. They looked cleaned but we were not sure. Although they were kinda of folded, it was on a table that was not cleaned!
I wasn't the only customer with dissatisfaction...
Read moreStarted out ok, but the poor guy who was our server was having a bad night. Drink orders messed up and inconsistent, with up to 30 minutes to get a round of drinks for the three of us in our party. The place was maybe 40% full, so it wasn't very busy.
When asked for a refill of our water glasses, we were brought a glass bottle, similar to what other restaurants use for table water. But it was tonic water! And if course we found this out the hard way.
All in all, not a place to try again, because the service simply didn't match the expense of the...
