Chuckanut Park & Ride — Local services in Burlington

Skagit transit is the worst system, and I have lived in 7 counties in Puget Sound, including driving for King County Metro for over 2 decades. I have been yelled at three inches from my face about fares without letting me state my reasons/questions. I have been driven by twice in Anacortes because the driver said I didn't 'flag him down'. Buses have left early, schedules have been wrong, and unsafe driving on the freeway. Why is there no direct bus to Anacortes??? And why not join all the five bus systems that use Orca card?? Good Grief. This is the top reason I am grateful that I don't live in beautiful...

It appears to be an island in a vast area of nothing! If you know you will have to wait to make a connection with another bus, make sure your devices are charged or bring a book. Along with a snack and something to drink.

It is a unique design, but offers little protection from the weather, half the seats will get wet during even the mildest storm.

It definitely just a park and ride!

They didn't plan restrooms. There is no water fountain, no staff, no nearby phone. NOTHING, but a couple of trash cans.
