I went to the Verizon store on Roosevelt because I did an update and change my plan over the via the online app. The app was great except it didn't tell me I had to shut my phone down and restart after it downloaded and I did all three phones on my plans so I shut everybody out from service and I couldn't get ahold of them to tell them what to do with their phones so we were without service for a day. Then, we couldn't send any kind of messages to each other. Part of it and was able to start making phone calls again the next day. But everything was still a little funky so I decided just to go to Verizon and they were able to take care of it within 10 minutes on two of my phones and with my wife's phone which is 500 miles away 4 with her. So hopefully she got my message to restart. Overall I think Verizon has great and I've been with them since 1999 and had the same phone number for that amount of time. So obviously I must love Verizon. There's been times where things were rough but usually they always follow through with whatever they needed to do to take care of the problem. Specifically told them it would be used for an online class and to make sure there would be enough internet GB's.....we have the unlimited plan through our phones but it lags during peak times(funny that the regular GB plans don't lag during peak times but that is another complaint!!) we were assured it would be enough, well it wasn't!!!!! Called tech support and given option to up the plan which he supposedly did, but it wouldn't activate until the next billing cycle. That never happened because you get 10 GB with the Hub- no less, no more plus we were charged 2 overages totaling around $83!!!!! What the?!?!?! Now we own this useless Hub thing that we cancelled service on plus I had to drop my online class until next semester when we'll have...
