I feel quite confident, having had sushi from: Florida (Both Coasts), New York, New Jersey, and many other places. And today was actually my third visit since opening, so I'm finally comfortable saying this. Hoshi has some of the absolute BEST sushi rolls I have ever had the pleasure to eat. They are reasonably priced, and offer a wide variety of sashimi (raw), tempura (fried) and vegetarian options. If you're new to sushi, and don't want raw, give the tempura rolls a try! If you want a safe first try with sashimi styled rolls, the Florida roll is very similar to a California roll! Want to go all out? Their specialty rolls melt in your mouth deliciously. What I particularly appreciate is that you can purchase sides separately. So if you're feeling under the weather, and just want a nice warm hunk of noodles?? Hoshi's got your back. (I literally got a side of rice, didn't think it would be so big for the cost, because of stomach pains.) To add to it, CREAM SODA. I understand they're a little pricey, however these are actually imported just like the Ramune. I can't recommend them enough, especially the Mango flavor. In the pics are the Goblin roll (I ate half of it before writing this) and the two flavors of Cream Soda.

First time eating here at a brand new restaurant in Burlington. We had the Hollywood classic roll, the black dragon roll, and the fire department roll. They were decent sized the flavors were good I would have preferred more sauce on the sushi rolls. Service was very friendly and quick this is a fast food sushi place but everything tasted fresh and average pricing.

I dined in , ordered sushi and I've had sushi in a fair few countries and states, the sushi smelled and tasted off, I asked for the manager and he came out, and after a bit of discussion , he offered to remake the sushi .. Interestingly a patron a couple of tables over said her sushi also was " off" I had ordered some items to go as well and will see if it too is " off" but I do have to say the Hibachi shrimp and scallops were excellent as was the seaweed salad... The manager said he located the " bad" fish and had it removed and replaced... So we'll see So Hibachi is Great Sushi ....smell first before eating.. Addendum... and suggestions One entree prepared before I notified the manager for my to go portion was off.. The rest were fine.. I do miss not having wasabi and ginger with my sushi I would also suggest when packing to go orders don't put hot entrees and " cold ones together in the same bag... The spring rolls were very small.. I will try this place again as the owner reached out.. 2nd chances are a good thing... I hope... ☺

Well it's been a while, but I gave it another try, with a to go order. This time the sushi was much better and wasn't off".. the Rainbow roll could have had larger pieces of fish, the slivers were less satisfying...but all in all it makes me think I can definitely return for more. The CALIFORNIA roll was good and this time had masago which was a welcome correction, though a little more with that customary pop would have been excellent.. But I will order again.. By the way, ask for wasabe and ginger if you want it they do have it... SO I'M CHANGING THE RATING TO 5 THOUGH FOR ACCURACY WOULD BE 4.8. FOR THIS AREA IT'S EXCELLENT WITH ROOM TO IMPROVE.. THANKS...

The chicken was so dry, you almost choked on it, not real appetizing and hard to chew. We also ordered online and pick up time was supposed to be 6:55 according to the app. When we arrived i checked the app and it said our order was ready at 6:39. Our order sat for almost 20 minutes before we got there. I wasn't thrilled about the lukewarm food. The crab ragoon and spring rolls were also soggy due to sitting so long in the sack. So i suggest not ordering online if you want correct pick up times. I can say I would not order the chicken hibachi again. We did not have any sushi so cant say anything about that. I'm disappointed it wasn't what...
