Read moreHoney, Culver's is simply amazing! Let me tell you that the new Pot roast grilled cheese sandwich deserves an award all on its own. I bought my sandwich this afternoon at 12:45pm and ended up only being able to eat my fries, which were deliciously hot, before going into a meeting at 1pm. Baby, I was so miserable thinking that my sandwich was going to be soggy and cold and how am I going to reheat this while I'm mobile? Fast forward 2 hours and 35 minutes later when I finally pulled the sandwich from the bag. It was wrapped in parchment paper. I was ready for the worst. Child, when I unwrapped that thing it wasn't soggy at all! On top of that it wasn't cold. Now, it was hot outside today even in my air conditioned vehicle, but still that pot roast, slapped! One bite and I was in meat heaven! It was flavorful, juicy, the cheese was immaculate, bread was sturdy(no crunch after two hours but it wasn't soggy). The bread was a real hero.
I have never had a bad meal at Culver's and with this pot roast grilled cheese sandwich; I probably never will have one. I truly appreciate this franchise. Quality meals and quality prices all across the board. Y'all stop in and get one of those sandwiches. It's 7pm and I'm still full. I should've only had half and saved some for later. Yes, that's how big that thing was for me. Other places may have the 'meats', but they aren't touching this right here. That's all. Have...
Read moreOrdered two scoops of chocolate custard, a cashew caramel sundae and a large root beer. I pulled up to the window was given the root beer and told to pull up and wait. After seeing customers get their food orders that came after us and waiting over 20 minutes I went in to see what was wrong. After being given several excuses they tried to give me the custard that had been sitting waiting so it had begun to melt. I said no I just want a refund. Again I had to stand there and wait because your staff couldn't figure out how to refund to my card. I finally got tired of waiting so I said I will just take the custard. I looked at the partly melted sundae and said now I get this crap to which one of the employees thought it would be funny to mimic me saying crap. There was one employee that did apologize but with the other one thinking it was funny the apology was not feeling that sincere to me.
Up to this point I have usually received fair service and good food from Culver's apparently I have just been lucky so far because tonight I witnessed how your employees really view your customers. Luckily for me and my family there are plenty of fast food restaurants...
