Fantastic lounge, laid back. Lots of comfortable seating, a few TVs, and often times patrons bring in treats or snacks to share, will often hold events for sports on TV and the like. The employees are extremely helpful to all levels of cigar smokers, and the humidor is the best in the area (I've been to all cigar stores in the Twin Cities area) - cigars are flavorful, wrappers in great condition, perfect balance. While my experience at Burn was a very quick one, I had the best experience I've ever had walking into a cigar shop as a very new "enthusiast". Jason helped me out and was very polite with me - He gave me a bit of knowledge behind the kind of cigar I was looking for and never once overwhelmed me with questions of what exactly I was looking for (all the other times I've gone into a shop to purchase a cigar I've made it clear I am very new to smoking cigars and still get overwhelmed with questions that I have no idea how to answer).
