Halal Groceries — Local services in Burnsville

Upon walking up to the front of the store it looks like an abandoned restaurant with lots of empty boxes covering the front windows. It doesn't look nice. I liked the variety of foods in this store. My only issue is a very big one to me. This is why I am giving only 1 star... I saw several items with bugs crawling around inside the packages! How can you still try to sell these things?! I also found things that were well past the date! There should be some serious cleaning out and rotation of items on the shelves and fridges. Old yogurt drinks that expired in February were still in the fridge! They also looked expired by the way it had separated in the bottle like very old milk does. I like how you have fresh halal meat which is very hard to find in Burnsville. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this store...

I been going here since we move to Minneapolis, first of all they sell so many expired products. I got dates which had insects I took it back nicely told them,after that roasted chickpeas which was expired a year ago I took it back again and nicely told them so other customers couldn’t hear. and then pale woody chicken breast I think the chicken was sick or cancerous maybe 🤔 I threw the chicken, after 2 months same thing happened same pale woody chicken I took it back to the shop and complain about that. the guy was mad at me and so rudely said we cannot take it back and that the butcher was so disrespectful and disgusting Mexican guy and 4 men in the shop at that time and started yelling at me I left the chicken not asked for money.I will never go back to the...

Sadly they tell you one thing and you drive An hour to get there and they just look at you like they are clueless. And I spent 3 to 4 hundred with these people evertime I went. You lost my business. I won't ever come back.

You know it's Ramadan and I needed some food and said let me give you guys another shot. I stopped by on Monday to pick up some chicken leg quarters, put them in the fridge for 1 night and went to cook them today and the chicken has already gone bad. Also the store is filled with so much expired stuff, I see in one of these reviews you said you had an emergency meeting to sort things out but you still have expired stuff you are selling, and you are selling customers meat that is literally one day out of being bad.
