Food is great!!! Music is really good and LOUD. It really compliments the cold ones!

UPDATE: Extremely disappointed in the service the food is amazing, but we were here for an hour without the place being packed, and it took them 40 minutes for our waitress to attend us. The food was amazing ant was really well prepared. Compliments to the cooks in the back! But the attentiveness of the waitress will make me not want for her to attend us the next time around. Was sitting around after I finished my beer for about 40 minutes before I had to wave a different waitress down to tell my actual waitress to bring us more beers and salsas. After she returned back she brought the beers without the salsa we had asked for. Reminded her that she forgot the salsa. After 15 MORE minutes she comes back with the incorrect salsa. Now, I’m a regular here and love this establishment but these ratings are for us the potential customers and current customers to spread the word. Now, if the owner doesn’t read these than the potential customers will. This place is great and this might not make a dent on their establishment, but I hope it makes first time customers reconsider and take your business elsewhere. I know I’ll be coming here less as I will be seeking other places to give my hard earned money to. I hope you do the same. Will keep this post updated if their service gets better or worse. Stars were not for the food but for the service. I went to eat at Los Grandes today between 2:30 - 3:00pm Sept.5, 2020. I walked in and the hostess asked for my information, name, phone number, and if I wanted to sit inside or outside. She then asked if I had a mask. I said "No, I have a Medical Exemption. She said "ok wait, I will be back." She walked outside both entrances then to the kitchen then served some tables then came back and asked if I had the card to prove what I told her. I said No there is no such card. A medical exemption card does Not Exist. She then Said, "Well then you dont have it." I told her again , there is No such card. (And under HIPPA LAW They Cant require that I disclose my Confidential Medical Information. So this restaurant DISCRIMINATED against me and REFUSED to Serve me. I'm a UNITED STATES ARMY VETERAN, COMBAT MEDIC. I'm AMERICAN of Mexican Descent. I just wanted some good food.

I Served My Country and Now Im refused service in that establishment(los grandes) because I don't have a medical exemption card that DOESN'T EXIST!!! Los Grandes, My Name is Mark. Good place to spend some time with excellent entertainment in the form of live music, The menu selection is perfect, the preperation of the food needs improvement. Also the location is a 10.

To elaborate; the location is just off 35W🛣 🚘 just 5 minutes from burnsville/shakopee/savage/bloomington so 5 out of 5 for loaction, people with cars will go there.

The live music is VERY loud and it's fun, They will come to your table and sing to you on your birthday! 🎊

The live band will take requests and play songs for a specail occasion. The musicians do a nice job playing.

The Parking lot is flat and infront of the establishment, but was about 90% full during the weekend. (Go early to get a better spot)

It is a okay place to bring kids, However I would recommend ear plug is you care about them not becoming deaf later in life, I tested the noise and it is around 110db from the precussion instruments.

The server did a good job, I know it was busy.

The last thing I will address is the food; The ingredients were all correct, the looks are all good, the flavor was good, However the items could have been cooked a while longer or had the temperature up higher, idk if the kitchen was having a problem with there stove, but the pizza was luke-warm, the fries were luke-warm, the enchiladas were luke warm ect, maybe they can turn up the oven heat 50° more.
