Stopped here for some breakfast on my way back home on Sunday from a trip in the cities. I love going to little coffee shops whenever I travel somewhere. The parking out front is plentiful and there are tons of spots. I went in and there were only about 10 other patrons in the shop so not busy at all, which was nice! The atmosphere is chill/relaxed. A bit cluttered and messy in some areas but overall cute. I went to the front counter and the service was probably the worst I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. I often feel welcomed and invited when I walk in a shop because I am typically greeted. And honestly, it’s important to me that I feel welcomed into an establishment. When I got to the counter I said hello to the barista who immediately walked away as if I wasn’t even there. I waited for a bit and then another customer walked up to the counter. The barista came back up to the counter and greeted that customer without saying a word to me. I continued to patiently wait until she was done with the customer she was helping, thinking I would be next. The barista walked away again after helping the customer and then came back when she saw a new customer at the counter. I’m not really sure why she did this, but it was frustrating that she didn’t even say hello to me while helping customers that came in after me. I finally was able to order after the two other patrons had been helped. The food and drink tasted great! I really enjoyed the items they served. I am not one to leave even a slightly bad review, I really try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. For me, the downfall of this entire experience was the service.

This was an unexpectedly awesome find hidden in a strip mall in Burnsville! This cute Cafe has a good-sounding breakfast menu, but it's their very long list of waffles made literally dozens of different ways that stood out to me. I tried the cookie dough waffle and a "savory" waffle with bacon, jalapenos, and chocolate chips. Both waffles were sturdy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside-- just generally well made. The cookie dough waffle is exactly as good as I hoped it would be, a real sweetness overload. The bacon/jalapeno/chocolate chips was a really tasty combination-- I wish they had used fresh jalapenos instead of pickled, but it was really good, and I'd definitely eat it again (actually I likely won't-- too many other things to try!). My friend had one of the fruit options and she really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the menu. As an FYI - They also had vegan and GF options. Edit to add: back again to try the bacon and cheese waffle, the banana pudding waffle, and the apple crisp waffle. Bacon and cheese was good; banana pudding was excellent; apple crisp needed more of the filling but tasted great. Can't wait to go back again!

I will just come out of my shell and say it—I am NUTS about peanut butter! So how ‘bout peanut butter, whipped cream, AND butterscotch chips on one waffle? That’s some spread sorcery… Pure whipped waffle wizardry 🤭 🌟🔮 🥜 🍺 Butter Beer and Peanut Butter Toffee 🍪 The Parent Trap and Cinnamon Roll 🫐 Blueberry Bomb No surprise to see The Buzz working such magic. They don’t just elevate waffles—they press the button for the top floor and let your taste buds enjoy the ride 😋 Fluffy, easy to cut with a fork waffles are topped with whatever you want, no exaggeration. I’ve never seen such a creative menu at a café 👌 And if ya can’t decide on one, they’ll let you go halfsies and spell out two flavors! No complaints on these three, but that first peanut butter powerhouse was my favorite. Whip-softened waffle just melts in your mouth 🤩 Every bite was uniquely euphoric, perfectly paired with a pipin’ hot coffee ☕️ Gosh it’s fun to Buzz it up! Bummer that the Plymouth location has waved goodbye, but thank goodness the Burnsville one is still rollin’ out these tantalizing treats 👏

Edit: Your camera should show I was standing there where u order without NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT! I had to state I was sick n waiting to be seated as it was my 1st time. DO NOT TURN THIS ON A CUSTOMER. Your customer service is horrible not even a hello. Mike to be exact gave me direct eye contact several times ignoring me. Your coffee maker even attempted to get Mike to acknowledge me he did not even though he looked directly at me. Then proceeded to go to the back to drink water well watching me stand there. Horrible to even take my health as if any one acknowledged me UNTIL I HAD TO SPEAK UP!! Didn’t even get offered to order a drink. Horrible to state Bc of my health when “I” had to get aknowlegment!! Maybe not use to other races in there but DO NOT CONDONE THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never in my life did I ever feel unwelcomed I left crying n shaking. Mike seen me standing for about 10 min looked away made a face then continued talking to everyone but me. I’m 43 by now I’d know what it feels like to not be welcomed. I am Latina everyone else was white should’ve known better. He didn’t even want to take my order called someone else to do it even though he was too busy talking about him being 100 or 0 w other guests. Well, today he’s a 0 I left feeling horrible. Btw Mike You clearly didn’t care I was standing forever n your co worker making coffee giving you eye contact to acknowledge me but you turned your back. No welcome in no smile NOTHING!!! Was there for 20 min w no acknowledgment until I had to stop you Bc you went to the back to drink your...

Usually a fam fave. Today was a bummer. I decided to go after 12 to avoid the rush and wait times(always worth the wait). We were the second table in the entire restaurant, so we were excited to get our waffles on. Staffing was great, over five people working so there’s no way we would wait. Score for us, or so we thought. My espresso was made immediately (always perfect), my son’s Latte was out 15 minutes later. I bought their last cinnamon roll to tide my son over until our waffles came- it was a brick. In fairness to the store, we were there at noon so it could’ve hardened from bake time. Nonetheless, after the latte was served and finished there was no sign of our waffles. The owner walked up to the cute family (and only other customers) and greeted them and thanked them for their business. I thought that was super sweet- until he just went back into the kitchen. What? I’d been waiting 45 minutes for a waffle- half hour since my son got his latte. If he, or anyone acknowledged us or our wait time this review would be the rave ones I always give the Buzz. Bummer. Waffles were still amazing but served 8 minutes apart.

So if you want amazing waffles and superb coffee and don’t mind waiting and having staggered serving times, check...
