Rae did saline treatment for my poorly microbladed eyebrows and was very nice in the beginning. Unfortunately saline didn't help, so I ended up having some laser done elsewhere and now that the dark pigment came out, I wanted to go back to Rae to potentially try the saline again to remove the leftover light pigment. It took a bit of going back and fourth trying to get something booked. I finally did but ended up having to reschedule my appointment because I was going to be out of town. Afterwards, I tried rescheduling and got no response. I reached out again days later and was told she still hadn't had time to look over her schedule (mind you it had been days). I reached out one final time and she told me wasn't able to look as she's not with her scheduling book, and that she doesn't think she can help me. I asked her why she wouldn't of told me that before when I was going to come in and spend money with the original appointment I booked. Why would she wait to tell me this as I'm trying to reschedule. She said she'd have to look at them first. She has seen my eyebrows more than once. When I booked the original appointment she never said this, but now when I try and reschedule she all of a sudden tells me this. It just makes no sense. I just can't believe how difficult it was and that it took 3 times of me reaching out to book one single appointment, and then to be told she can't help me. She claims she's a "buisness professional" but it shouldn't take a client 3 times of reaching out to get a response when they're the ones giving you buisness. I could of spent my time searching elsewhere than trying to support a small business. Very disappointed.
*Update to her response below-
When I was originally scheduled for the appointment I cancelled and TRIED to reschedule, she never mentioned to me she would have to assess anything. It was to my understanding we would go ahead and just do the saline treatment. I have the messages between her and I and have re read them. I reached out not once, not twice, THREE times trying to reschedule and each time either recieved an excuse, or no response back. She clarified the third time today she wanted to asses my eyebrows first, not the first time I reached out, not the second, and certainly not when we scheduled the original appointment. It shouldn't take over a week to respond to a client. No matter what she says, I have the messages corresponding back and fourth. Highly unprofessional and I hope she doesn't give the same treatment to her...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI started my left arm with Rae this past weekend. The tattoo experience was out of this world. I have many other tattoos and have never felt more comfortable than I did at Mindful Aesthetics. As soon as I walked through the door, I found the business to be super clean. Likewise, I love the decor and the atmosphere has a peaceful, calm vibe to it. Also, once you meet Rae, you realize she is the most down to earth person. She really cares and treats her customers well. Another bonus is that Rae is super gentle, while tattooing. She is well organized and most importantly good at what she does. Her work is impeccable. This place, plus Rae, is the overall package. I will continue going here for all of my tattoo needs. I am so happy that this business and tattoo artist was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk ladies in the 60ish range. If you are like me and are hesitant to make the leap, let me tell you that you will not regret it. I had a consult with Rae where we discussed everything that is involved with micro blading. I had my appointment a few weeks later and asked her again to please be conservative. I didnāt want to look like I had caterpillars on my face. Well, she delivered. I couldnāt be more pleased. I only told one friend to see if anyone would comment on my brows. No one did. When I told them what I had done they all said wow, it looks so natural! There wasnāt much pain involved but the sound isnāt too pleasant. Next time Iāll wear my air pods, problem solved. I Highly...
