OM Bistro + Bar — Restaurant in Burrillville

Ordered food twice now for take out they messed up food order simple food Italian all the way got meat only then they told me my next sandwich was free so I ordered takeout two weeks later and asked about my free sandwich and they didn’t know who I was but anyways I ordered calamari which was good. I ordered ziti and meatballs. Meatballs are supposed to be four. I only got two. I also ordered pastrami sandwich with onion pickle and Swiss cheese and mustard. I got an olive sandwich and then I ordered seafood soup and I got clam chowder my New I live 20 minutes away from the establishment and they said well we can fix it but you gotta come back nice place but the food and the quality is not there. Ive been a patron here for years, including as the business changed ownership. The new owner needs to do better, especially in front of customers. We were in ordering ice cream with our kids and were shocked to see one woman running the front of house seemingly by herself while the manager/owner(?) drank wine and ignored customers. There were at least 10 other people in like and 5 others waiting. We could tell people were frustrated. We waited for at least 20 minutes for ice cream because so much was going on aside from the takeout window.
