I realize that this is only my opinion and others may have different experiences but for me, this shop not only offer great deals and a great selection, but it offers one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had...not only for dispensaries, but overall. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and even more friendly and helpful. I have never once felt like I was inconveniencing anyone by asking questions. I also feel that they were more interested in my needs than their bottom line. I often ask for recommendations and have never been steered wrong. This is a testament to the people that run this shop.

I have had opportunity to visit a variety of dispensaries in different parts of the Michigan and even outside of the state and nothing touches Burton Cannabis. With so much competition in Flint, they have gone out of the way, in my opinion, to stand out.

We ordered from this company for a delivery and it was a small order of 3 things and it took them 3 and a half hours to deliver. If you expect to get your delivery right away I suggest finding a different dispensary. We also called them when it hit about an hour of waiting. They told us they would be right out to us after they got back to the store in 4 minutes… it was delivered 2 and a half hours later. They were so rude on the phone and even ruder when delivering.
