They got me in on a timely manner and didn’t take long with my hair style however I wanted my braids larger and they didn’t use enough of my own hair when making the braids which resulted in one a lot of my braids coming out. My edges were completely to tight and I had to take all my hair out in the front within a week. All throughout my hair my braids were loosing up which resulted in me having to take my hair down much sooner than I normally would and I paid 225 for my style. I was pleased originally until after only a week of having them I had to take most down and so many were coming out. In the back of my head some of my hair was sticking out the braids not blended into the hair properly . the style I got was just normal box braids. My hair is natural so I keep my hair braided all of the time and I’ve never had an issue with braids falling out or having to remove them due to it not being braided properly. Unfortunately I won’t go back due to this however they were very professional, clean and courteous and I appreciate them getting me in but the quality of my braids were not what I was used to. They have a lot of braiders in the shop which helps them move quickly. But I need my braids to last a lot longer...

Very professional. Most professional service I've ever had in a braid shop and Ive been getting my hair braided for many years.

This is the 4th braiding shop I have tried in the Flint/GB area since 2016, and the one I will be sticking with.

Like any other time you get your hair done, I would advise that you get a consultation first. A deposit must be made online, so it can be confusing to know if what you are signing up for is what is expected you will get when you arrive for your appointment. Also, if you want a good grade of human hair, you might want to purchase it and bring it. I don't think the human hair used is the best quality.

Only complaint is that she tends to braid too tight and I have to be very assertive and say, I don't want my hair braided so tightly. The braids cost more here in my opinion, but I would rather pay a little extra, than to show up and my appointment doesn't start on time, or someone talks on the phone the whole appointment or takes twice the time they say it's going to take. I went in on a Saturday to get my hair done, by Wednesday I had NO EDGES, NOT ONE! I called this place and told them my twist was coming out in large numbers and the instructed me to come in wish I did the next day and I took the 13 twist with me. One worker told me that those twist coming out like that was completely normal, oh really since when? So I decided not to even talk to her about it no more cus clearly she don’t have a clue on what’s going on so I decided to wait for the person who actually braided my hair and when she get there she tells me she sorry and that I need to take them down. The problem was it wasn’t enough hair in the twist, which resulted in me not having no edges! I’m pretty well upset. Don’t trust these ppl...
