I've come here a few times since I live nearby. I've had the staff tell me they would initiate a transfer for my item available at the other location and it never happens.. One night I catch Jake and relay the issue.. BAM HANDLED. Man pulls a screenshot of the item I need and a day later the item is in store, he remembers the interaction and is able to relay to me the information I need on other products and availabilities. I've worked before as a retail manager and I wish any supervisor or associate of mine had this level of natural salesmanship and customer service.
