My family and I made a quick trip to Michigan over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my cousin's birthday.

My cousin has been telling me about Retro Replayed during his visits to see us in Tennessee for a while now. Since we were in town, he took my son and me over to the store to see it in person.

He did a great job of describing the place to us because if you love gaming, comics, or pop culture collectibles, Retro Replayed has a little bit of everything.

This is no attack to the business itself this is just simply.my opinion...I had a situation with my son's ps4 which I used retro replay to outsource it and get it fixed due to a miscommunication among the owner and employee it now took from a week to an additional two weeks which might I add the young lady who helped me and I spoke with was very professional and nice when I was discussing the time frame and returning of the PS4 when it was finally called to get picked up I then spoke to the owner and explained that due to a miscommunication between him and his employees was able to get some sort of discount or cheaper rate and simply no apology or concern or even conversation about the issue was had he simply said no it will be the same price as it was ...now I understand that he has a business to survive so I don't want to ruin that but a simple apology from him or some sort of discount would've been nice the you g lady who I dealt with was sweet and this is nothing against her nor the...
