Little disappointed! I was watching the young lady make my ice cream cone with no hairnet on, and I bet myself there would be hair in my ice cream! Guess what? I won the bet!!! Please, please wear a hairnet when handling food! So unfair to the customer to have hair in their ice cream.

Secondly, my daughters drink had hard pieces of whatever in her drink. Not sure what that was. I should have went back, but I was not able to return due to an engagement I needed to be at. To pay $20 bucks for mishaps that could have been avoided, left me a bit miffed. However, it appears they have a great selection of flavors.

Edit: Your unscrupulous response is another reason I did not return to your store on the day in question. No one wants to go back and forth with business owners who can't accept constructive criticism. I did not provide the day or time, so how would you know which video footage to watch? I said young lady only to be respectful. However, the late 30's early 40s, something lady that waited on us, ABSOLUTELY did not have on a hair net. How would a ponytail help the front of her hair? There was also a guy working who made my daughters SHAKE. I'm glad you reviewed my past honest reviews! Did you notice the compliments that I provided to honest, hardworking businesses? Maybe you can learn a thing or two from their appreciative responses. Your bar comment was rude, and your implication that I was drunk was absolutely unnecessary!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!! Thankfully, Goggle gives customers an outlet to leave reviews so that consumers do not have to deal directly with people who are absent of morals or values! Your rebuttal was abhorrent, and you need to learn how to extend grace when YOU are wrong. It's totally insane that hair in ice cream and foreign objects in a SHAKE made you lash out at me! This place has so many flavors to choose from. They sell Guernsey ice cream which is a local family-owned dairy farm in Michigan. I have tried around 10 different flavors so far, and everything is so good! The prices are good as well. This is now my go-to spot for ice cream! I wish they were in a better location because I'm afraid they may not get enough business to keep going. Hopefully, word of mouth stops that from happening. I crave...

Normally I struggle to finish my ice cream at ice cream places but not this time!

The best part was that the waffle cone was fresh and made on the spot! It reminded almost of the sweetness of a fortune cookie but not as hard. In fact it was a nice crisp bite. This is the biggest reason why I liked this place and will go back!
