Sweet Shoppe — Local services in Burton

This is my go to shop for all of my baking supplies however on today when I went to the store on my lunch break to pick up some items for this was the only time that I could go. A customer was at the counter not quite sure of what she was doing but the clerk couldn’t cash her out or something. The lady walked to the back of the store in the supply room and came back out. Not sure what she was doing. What I do know is that I had already been waiting for 5 minutes and the customer was not even close to checking out. As a matter of fact, she called someone on the phone to try to resolve whatever issue she was having. I asked the clerk how much longer would the customs be because I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. After about 3 more minutes I put my things back and left the store. Where I find fault with the clerk is that she should have said something like I’m so sorry, please come back again. She didn’t say anything. Good customer service goes a long way. So as a result, I will have to go elsewhere to buy my supplies that I need today and perhaps start...

I absolutely love this place the staff is helpful knowledgeable and very nice!!! The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
