Subway — Restaurant in Burton

This specific Subway location is the Worst whenever I’ve used their drive through to place my order. I have never ever experienced any worse service even including any other fast food restaurants ever than this Subway. I have always spent at the least amount of 30-45 minutes for them to JUST take my order. That doesn’t include the additional time for them to make my food. I have always pulled up to the speaker and been told, not friendly greeted first, but told that they will be with me when they can. Who does that? Subway on Bristol Rd. In the Bristolwood plaza, that’s who! Not to mention even though I have told them my simple order, they still ask me again, what it is that I wanted on my sandwich. How quickly can 2 veggies be forgotten by the way? I’m going to say 3 minutes later. Today I told the supposed “sandwich artist” exactly what sandwich it was I wanted and the simple 2 veggies on it I asked for and after she asked me to hold on (for an additional 5 more minutes) she came back and reasked me what my whole entire sandwich and two veggies were over again. She kept asking me to hold for a minute and meanwhile, I heard her talking over the speaker to another customer taking their order. So no wonder my drive through experience took so long. Instead of handling one customer and their order at a time she frustrated 2 customers at once going back and forth trying to cut time I’m guessing, when all she did was prolonged everything in the process. Then I asked her how much it was for a bag of chips to be added on and she didn’t give me the answer I asked for, instead she told me how much it would be extra if I added on a bag of chips and a drink to make it a combo. After my order was finally placed, she told me to pull up. I asked her for the total and she told me to pull up!?! This gave me absolutely NO time to get my money together, but I suppose it didn’t matter anyway, since she took an additional few minutes to come to the window to finally tell me my total, anyhow. I’m so disappointed with this Subway. It has completely and utterly went downhill. If the higher ups would take just a little more time to do a better interview process, then I’m hoping that this Subway restaurant would once again be able to regain their great service that they had a long long time ago. This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. The 1st day I preordered a sub. When I showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready; the drive though (they are only drive through for now) told to to wait. After 5 minutes I pulled to the window. They said they were going through shift change and I would have to wait and that no one had started my sandwich. It was ready 20 minutes after it was supposed to be. 40 minutes after I ordered it. The 2nd time I preordered a sandwich, when I got there they said they never got the order from the app (which is not their fault). I showed them the receipt and that I had already paid for it. They said they can't do anything if they never got the order on their end (which is understandable). I asked if I could just reorder and pay for it. They said I would have to go to the back of the line. I asked if I could order and get back in line since I was at the window and this wasn't my fault. Bread had mold on it. The other sandwich that was ordered was done wrong. We ordered online and the workers haven't even started it after already waiting 30 min. Her sandwich was supposed to be warmed up but it was cold. She even got the wrong bread. The worker was so slow and acted like she was so annoyed doing her job. I will be taking my sandwich back and getting a refund. I'm absolutely disgusted. This happened a few years ago which is why I stopped going for a bit. I figured after a few years it would have cleaned up its act but obviously not. Everyone needs to check their bread before eating their sandwich. And i don't care if it's a small dot.
