Kevin had his hands full with a remodel of our early 1900s house. He did a nearly total redo of the electrical in our home, spending most of his time in a not so spacious attic. While our entire electrical system is working great, perhaps the best part of his service was that he stuck to his estimates - no surprises. He documented everything in advance so we knew what our expenses would be and he didn't deviate from it. Had a bit of an issue with my 30amp service and a GFCI outlet that was burned out, got ahold of Kevin the day before Christmas because we desperately needed these issues resolved and he was able to come out the day after Christmas. Just outstanding customer service, he could have pushed us out till after new year but made it out and took care of us and didn't take much time at all to get my issues resolved. Kevin came out the same day I called when the lights started flickering and got things working until we could get the panel replaced. He did a fantastic job of replacing the 60 year old electrical panel in my house and upgrading it, as well as replacing the outside box which had become damaged from water getting it.
