I'm a small girl, a male especially the manager should not be following any of their customers out and making customers feel uncomfortable. Well, I eventually got a hold of Hannah is her name and is one of the big dogs of the company and she was very rude to me on the phone and actually was standing up for the manager. Her words was that there was some miscommunication and that he wanted to come out and help me. If that was the case, then why didn't he come out of his office while I was in the shop to fix it?
