It's a pizza joint, and so is the food yummy and affordable? Yes, why I rated it 4 stars, but that being said, the rest can be better. When the place gets busy, it always seems to run behind schedule and sometimes whay behind schedule having customers walking out angry, which is not good for business. Some may say that means it is busy, but if you're a business owner, you dont want that. If you run behind then you just missed other opportunities for sales so negative at the end of the day with negative customers feebacks. Now, whether it is due to not having enough employees, not wanting to hire more employees, or just bad employees, it is a mystery. If the place had the appropriate employees and amount, I believe the atmosphere equally would be more lively and there woukd never be a day behind schedule. But, I have also noticed that it has been like this for major pizza franchises where you'll only see 3 employees in the kitchen instead of 6 because everything is served online now. The Pros, companies save money. The Cons, we lost what restaurants used to mean that you could walk in, sit down, and enjoy your meal even if it is a pizza joint while the employees in the back actually enjoy working there. Pizza joints are high school and college jobs while the manager usually is someone who is part of the franchise. So, if you want good food, yes, it will deliver. But, will you get your food on time and walk out angrily instead of with a smile on your face? It's...

Tried calling the store but phone only rang and went to a not set up voicemail, called the number on the emailed receipt and they couldn't get ahold of the store either so they said they would refund me 15% of my order within 7 days...15% didn't even cover the price of the missing pizza...I also emailed corporate about this (but have been ignored)...all that happened on April 2nd and now here it is Aprul 13th and still no refund but they did take the full amount off of my card... so now I am out (after tips, delivery fees, and food price) $58 for like $31 of actual food...never had a problem with any other location but have had a few issues at this one so be warned if u order from this Butte...
Read moreI thought that little Caesars was a quick and convenient food stop. That is until I ordered some pizzas online. I showed up to get my pizzas and was told that my order had been canceled but was not given a specific reason as to why it was canceled. Is all i was told by little Caesars was my order had gotten cancelled and is all i could get was pepperoni pizzas only. I had specifically ordered online so that I could get the pizzas I wanted. In the end the worker was very rude and we ended up leaving there hungry with no food at all. I understand if they were too busy or I placed the order to close to closing time. Neither of those reasons were relevant and the only reason I could see was that the worker was to lazy to make our pizzas. I wonder if that person had ever had her food canceled because the food workers didn't feel like making it. I'm sure she would be upset too. Bottom line Is I doubt that I will return to little Caesars because of the poor service and...
