Dear owners, Your day employee read me your nasty message to me, regarding my FreePlay. Not once was it ever mentioned that there was a time limit? Not only that you should have thoroughly reviewed my account before insinuating I was just coming in for free play. Lacey knows me my husband and my 75-year-old father-in-law. We came in quite frequently and have spent thousands of dollars in your establishment. I am sure that if you look at our accounts, you will see that. How dare you insinuate and treat me as if I am some crackhead off the street coming in to get my free play betting a quarter so I can drink for free. Not only that but we regularly drink Pepsi. We are not alcoholics, and I have never gotten an alcoholic beverage from your establishment. My husband has had a couple of beers but the majority of the time we are drinking sodas and if you do not believe that, ask Lacey as well. I do not appreciate the snarky comment about FreePlay. You know nothing about us. And not that I need to share with you but during that time of coming in for a few moments, those times are usually on my lunch breaks which I only get a half an hour for, that’s how I wanted to spend my time, my lunch break, spending $$ in your casino. I usually hit up my bank come in and get my lousy $20 and spend at least $100 if not more. Not only have you lost my business, but you have also lost my father-in-law's and my husbands..Why would we come back being treated like that? I was going to come and talk to Lacey about it, more I thought about it, the more I realized your not the only place in town, and we can get treated much better. Please keep your free play, as you clearly need it...
