Great Harvest Bread Co. Butte — Restaurant in Butte

Great harvest used to be my go to for breakfast when I came home to Butte. We stopped in over the week of the fourth. I went to order my breakfast. Asked for the Butte breakfast and was rudely corrected to the "big Butte breakfast". The gal behind the counter continued to rudely take the rest of my family's order. When the food came out she slammed it on the table and said "figure it out, I don't know who ordered what". Yikes. Ok, I'm starving and still looking forward to my breakfast. It was cold. Eggs weren't even close to cooked ( asked for eggs over medium and even the whites weren't cooked). I thought about trying to get them to cook it again, but at this point the experience was so bad we just bailed. Stopped and grabbed a coffee and sandwich at Starbucks for breakfast. Can't say for the whole staff, but the woman who took our order and delivered our food was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. It's been a while, but past experiences were always great. Visited Saturday, August 17. Ordered Baja Chipotle Turkey sandwich to go, which I discovered did not have any turkey when I was some distance towards another state. I also purchased a loaf of Cinnamon Chip bread which had no cinnamon flavour whatsoever. While the breakfast I ate in-house was plentiful, a large portion of the hash browns were still cold. There was a sign stating they were under new management, which I know can be a challenging transitional period, but of the three Great Harvest locations that I visit in my travels, this was by far the most disappointing.
