I walked in on a weekday morning at opening, and was told I could be fit in. No problem. I waited 20 mins. No problem, I did not have an appointment.thanks for taking me.
My hair wasn’t washed, no big deal, but then it wasn’t even wet down with the spritz bottle and combed out. I wanted the sides and back short, the top left long with just a little bit off to keep it healthy . What I got was a #1 attachment, no fading no blending nothing on the sides.
Off the top, My hair was gathered up between the fingers and the cut with one snip of the scissors. Done. No combing the hair out and down and snipping evenly across. Just gathered my hair up and one snip. All very confusing, as we had a pleasant conversation. At the end my reaction was “that’s it” when he showed me the mirror for the back and sides I did not have time or the energy to argue or complain, so I paid tipped and left.
Given the other reviews, my experience seems to be an anomaly. I’m a local, and I want to support the barbershop closest to me. I hope they do better next time. I guess I’ll need to ask for...
Read moreI recently brought my son to Landon Maxwell Barbershop for a haircut. I am very particular about his hair and rarely stray from our typical salon. Well... Wow! First off, this is not just a typical barbershop..This is an experience! From the minute we walked in my son said “WOW”!! The place is absolutely pristine, the decor is amazing and the haircuts are so reasonably priced!! Not only did my son LOVE getting his haircut here but I could not get him out of this barbershop!! He immediately felt comfortable due to the fact that they have pinball machines!! Yes, real pinball machines which, as you know, little boys, young boys and men all love! The actual haircut was awesome and better than the haircut he gets at the salon I bring him to. Not to mention, it’s half the price!! Needless to say, I’m super impressed with the barber’s skills and completely satisfied with my son’s haircut!! Thank you for the great customer care, attention to detail and...
Read moreI walk in for an appointment at 11:30am. I am a little early so I sit down and wait for my turn. I have been here before so my barber knows me and we made eye contact. All is good. It gets to be 11:30am and he finishes up with his client and proceeds to take someone else that is not me. I walk up and ask what is going on. My barber is running behind, I get that. What upset me was the fact I was there early, he noticed me but NEVER mentioned he was running behind. After I walk up and mention the mistake he must be making before I knew he was behind, he tries to throw me off onto his coworker who was also in the middle of a cut. I have been going here for 2 years but it never crossed Anthony's mind to let me know of his schedule being pushed. I will not...
