Cuttin' Up Vinyl — Local services in Byron

Unfortunately this is not a good review. I came in on Thursday or Friday and ordered a shirt to pick up on Tuesday. I went to the store on Tuesday at 12:30 pm and the store was closed. I called the number listed because the sign said open from 10am to 6pm. A lady answered and said she was in traffic. I said since 10am? She said I could wait 45 minutes or come back tomorrow. I said I can't wait and informed her this was bad business. She then said don't worry about it and she was not going to make the shirt I was already there to pick up. I have been in the shop twice now. Both times I have been here, the owners were super friendly and helpful. Also, they seem to always be stocked up on everything. The store was very organized and easy to figure out what you are buying and looking at. Cute little signs telling you which one was HTV and which ones were Vinyl. I didn’t catch her name but we had a great conversation and she allowed for me to show her an image I will be creating (first time cricut user) and she was very very helpful. Matching colors, explaining details and little tid bits of advice. LOVED IT!...
