Budget Inn — Hotel in Byron

The Indians that work there is very rude they try to over charge people they also after I paid they kicked me and my family out miss kays and her family that was there was very rude they spit on me and on my belongings after they kicked me and my family out they was complaining that they wanted more money after they ran us off they didn't let me get the rest of my belongings they threw my grandbabies earn away in the dumpster half of my clothing and property was thrown away they also told me that I needed to go back to my country after they threatened me and my family within calling the police on me the rooms was supposed to be $205 a week they was charging me $300 miss Kay's employees that was her daughter that had a 2 month old she had the balls to try to steal my son's cell phone from a 6 year old boy that is autistic and that has gardner's syndrome that is spinal cancer that woman pushed my son and popped him to steal his phone from him what kind of a employee does that I would never pay for a room there again they also have bedbugs there was only one girl that was working there she was a sweet heart and you who u are the Indians that own or rent that company needs to get kicked out justice needs to be served they threw us out like dogs after we paided them also my 6 year old had 3 heat strokes because of them after they kicked us out we went to the hotel next to them that was the quilty inn miss Kay's that is from the budget inn called the other employees to have us kicked out after we paid for a room this company needs to be shut down people are getting ripped off they kick people out after they pay to stay oh and since her daughter can't speak much English she sure does say that she over charge people so she can support her 2 month old baby boy I don't want to put no stars but for me to post it I would have to click on one they don't deserve no stars oh and I had my family and friends to visit I was told that I wasn't allowed to have no visitors like family and friends over miss Kay was charging me $5 person person even her employees I had to pay for I spent in this hotel over $2000 in...

I have never seen such a nasty hotel in my life. My sister and I was traveling with our kids to florida and decided to stop around 300 am to get some sleep. We didnt realize at first due to trying to unpack luggage rack that the room was disgusting. Our kids went in to get some sleep and by first glance it looked ok. Then they started screaming, there was a roach crawling on them. After some investigating, there was even bigger problems. Roaches gross! The pillow cases after looking again had blood and yellow stuff om two of them. Thank goodness not on the bed the kids were on. The carpet was almost all stained up. Carpet ripped, nasty toilet. We asked for a refund and he refused pointing to a small hand written sign not located by check in that says "no refunds after 15 minutes". We explained what happened and he said noone else complains. I took lots of pictures. I should have known when the price listed said $28 he said it would $36 when I asked for a double but then...

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stopped in the middle of the night just looking for a place to crash for a few hours. When we first got to the room it looked acceptable; by the time we had a good look around I was too tired to pack back up and find a new place, so we stayed. We should have moved on. I saw the largest cockroach I have ever seen. The shower had pubic hair on the walls. The sheets, blankets, and comforter all had burn holes. The microwave was rusted out and unusable. The bathroom was disgusting. The next morning the cleaning staff asked us to hurry up and get out so they could clean the room. I asked why they were in such a hurry, since it didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite a while. I told the manager the place was disgusting and he should be ashamed of himself.
