Before posting this i gave the company an opportunity to contact me and discuss the situation and have not received any response, i sent a messenger message and called he customer service number with no response. Apparently they don't value their customers as much as they would have us believe. I had purchased a certain item that came in two different designs a couple weeks ago, I decided this morning, since i was in the area to stop and get the other one. Now keep in mind that they are both on the same bottom shelf and there is only one price tag on the shelf below them. Assuming that they are both the same price, due to the fact that there was no other tag and they are basically the same thing just different colors, I took my choice to the front to pay for it. the price was different, it was higher, I advised the cashier that it was the incorrect price based on the tag on the shelf. As we all know they call for a price check. I went the take a picture of the shelf and while I was back there a lady appeared and I advised her of the situation. She looked at the shelf and said that the item I selected was a different price than what the tag had on the shelf. I said “How am I supposed to know that if there is no tag on the shelf and no price on the item?”. No where is where the issue begins. She advised me that they had just put them out this morning and had not gotten the tag on yet…remember i had been there over a week ago and they were there then…which i told her..she said again that they had just put them out…at that point I was aggravated because she just basically called me a liar. I told her that i am not an idiot and i am not senile i was there around 2 weeks ago and they were there then. She put this condescending grins on her face and said that that was the price and they had just not had time to put the tag on today.
