Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Cabot

I went into this location on 3/26/2025 because I wanted to buy 4 new phones and was told that this location had the phones in stock. When I got there, the woman working there told me and my husband that we would have to pay $150 per line for them to activate each phone. The website says it's $25 for activation. I'm pretty sure she was trying to scam us. She said it cost $150 for them to "do what they have to do in store." So, I am paying you $600 for you to go into the back and grab the phone????? I bought the phones online and activated...

Wonderful service from employees. One in particular Stacy is very nice, very helpful, very understating, and very well spoken, and she always dresses nice as well, and always smells nice too 👍, which is a good thing, and a plus for me, can't really speak for anyone else. Stacy is always very, very presentable every time I walk in the store, and I've never had any issues with her for, or about any reason. Thanks for continuing to service my cricket wireless needs.
