Village Square of Cabot — Local services in Cabot

Nice apartments but they dont have assigned parking but they "allow" two vehicles per apartment. My wife and I live in the 8th building and I cannot speak for the rest of the buildings but for ours parking is a nightmare with over half of the cars in our section not having a parking sticker on a daily/nightly basis. We have been tenets for going on 4 months now and atleast 80% of the time I have to park on the street due to no open spaces went I get home from work and I get home at normal afternoon hours. For right at $600 a month I believe you should have the piece of mind knowing that I'm not going to have to carry groceries across the street,grass, and a parking lot to carry them up to...

I would give 5 stars but since Haley residential took over the rent increased tremendously (I can rent a home at this price) and being a single parent this is not affordable living. My water bill continues to go up and I now pay double the amount people in their own homes pay, which many apartments the water is included. Parking is horrible. The playground is run down. The maintenance team is awesome and fast. The managers of the office are friendly. However, I wish RPM had this place back because they understand the affordable living. Ignore all of the nasty reviews, I absolutely love my apartment. It's $535.00 for me for my 1 bedroom and I believe I get more than what I pay for. The staff in the office are extremely nice and helpful. They have a pool that I have yet to use because I signed my lease agreement at the end of fall and they've made plans to build a kick it spot where tenants can watch movies and stuff (: It's very safe and if you're still worried they provide everyone with an alarm system. I don't even have a water bill. I work all the way in Little Rock and I must say it's worth living...
