I dunno if they were having a bad day or what, but I was treated like I knew nothing. They asked for my password for no reason. They weren't going into the laptop for repairs, I told them to just look at the arms for the screen because one had broken and I couldn't find the parts to fix it. I understand needing to turn it on to make sure they didn't break the screen, but they had no reason to ask for my password and I made it clear that I didn't want to give them that information, yet I ended up giving them my password, anyways. A week later I called them on a Monday to touch base to see if perhaps they were working up an estimate to get the runaround. Rob was extremely nice and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my laptop, not just the fact that it was in Spanish and took him a bit longer to figure out the difference with the keyboard.
