At those prices you better learn how to make pita chips without burning them, and if you do burn them THROW THEM AWAY and make more. It'd be one thing if the place was cheap with cheap food, but it's not. When I give you money you better make sure my food is edible.
Edit: In reply to your reply to my review, if such a small thing could've been avoided, you should've avoided giving me black chips. Unacceptable. If you're trying to feed your family you should take pride in your work and never serve anything you're not proud of. Black chips are nothing to be proud of.
I also noticed in another review someone said that they waited 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and the place wasn't busy. You replied to their review by saying it must've been busy and next time ask for Brent. They plainly stated that the place wasn't busy, and if Brent is the only capable employee you have you need to replace the rest.

Read moreI've been going to this coffee joint for a few years now. It was out of my way when I lived in NLR but I made the drive because the coffee WAS good. This 3 star experience is from my recent drive through the little rock area since I live in New Mexico now. I remembered how much I loved the coffee here so I went to get a drive through pick up of a couple of iced mochas for me and a friend. I was truly heartbroken at how the coffee did not live up to how I remembered. Embarrassed as I handed the other coffee to my friend when I raved about this place and we were both like "yeah I guess its okay?" Coffee was bitter and gritty. Especially since its hard to get a gritty espresso drink in my opinion. Should give 1 star when I felt this coffee experience was subpar to an average starbucks run, especially when I know yall can do better and you have done miles better. I just don't want a local joint to fall...
Read moreI don't get to visit Brew YaYa as often as I'd like since I live in Sherwood but when I do it is always an enjoyable experience. They have exceptional coffee. The Blueberry Shire latte is my go to as it is a flavor combination (blueberry, lavender, and honey) that you cannot find anywhere else. Additional bonus points for the fact that a lot of their flavor syrups are house made and the taste proves it. The food is top notch. There hasn't been anything on the menu I have not thoroughly enjoyed. Their house made pita chips are a great side to their Governor chicken sandwich. Service is exceptional and the atmosphere is perfectly cozy, great for a quiet time to read or doing some sketching. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is well worth your...
