I went in to get a poster matted and framed. Greg was incredibly kind. He listened, and when he made suggestions, they were thoughtful and intentional. I came up from Big Rapids for a job with a tight turnaround. In a world of "sorry, that's not possible", Greg seemed to wave a wand, use the magic words, and "Abracadabra!" Exactly what I wanted.
