TJ's Rock Shop Morgantown PA — Local services in Caernarvon Township

This Rock shop was one of my first experience buying during a rik tok, live show and they had an amazing inventory and fair price to deals all around. They ship quickly as I live in the complete oppsite side of them in the PNW. The stones, agates, crystals were also great specimens, and was very pleased when I rec'd them with seeing how much care and love they do with packaging whichever stones/crystals/opals/minerals, etc you decide to purchase. I was very happy, with their service, quality of inventory, and care with shipping! Also I even made a mistake thinking I got shorted an item, and then I reched & they were so polite, apologetic, and willing to make it right. Each inquiry I had was replied to in a more than expected timely fashion. Come to find out I found the piece under my bed, and knew exactly what it was from the way it was packed. I contacted them right away, and let them know that I found the missing piece to make sure they dont send an extra stone. They were awesome from purchase to what I thought was an error, but was my error, to being so quick with my inquries and communicated with no issues. I would highly recommend buying from them, as their customer service was on point, I would not hesitate to buy if you see one of their live streams, or thru their website, or if your lucky enough to live in their area I would love to stop in to check out the entire inventory!! Would give 10 stars if I could and I'm a tough person to impress, but when a small business goes above and beyond I write a review. If its just ok or even good service I refrain from writing reviews.
